Tim Fritz, President
Tim Fritz is the owner of Tim Fritz Insurance Agency in Bad Axe. Tim is a state licensed and certified multi line sales agent with Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan. Tim and his wife Michelle live in the Caseville area.
Jan Holz, Secretary
Jan Holz retired from the State of Michigan. She is a graduate of Bad Axe Schools and has a BA from CMU. Jan is currently the President of the Huron Intermediate School District and is a director on the Michigan Association of School Boards. She is a member of St. Hubert Parish and is the grandmother of five grandchildren. Jan resides in the Bad Axe area.
Doug Brining, Director
Doug Brining is owner and partner of Brining and Brining, P.C., based in Bad Axe, MI. Doug and his wife Janis reside in the Bad Axe area.
Mark Brown, Director
Mark Brown is the owner of several businesses throughout the Thumb area. Mark resides in the Pigeon area.
Greg Newland, Director
Greg Newland is the Superintendent of Bad Axe Public Schools. Prior to holding this position, Greg was a Principal/Teacher for the district for 16 years. Greg is a member of Bad Axe Rotary and is a Rotary Interact Advisor. He also serves on the Bad Axe Girls Little League Softball Board and coaches Bad Axe Girls Little League Softball and Bad Axe Girls Youth Basketball. Greg is a parishioner and Council Member of St. Hubert Catholic Church and is married with three children.
Randi Rambo-Guigar, Director
Randi Rambo-Guigar is the Branch Manager at Huntington Bank in Bad Axe and is the current treasurer for Verona Township. Randi holds a BBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University. She is married with two children and resides in Bad Axe.
Misty Rogers, Director
Misty Rogers is the Branch Manager of Team One Credit Union in Bad Axe, Michigan. Misty graduated from CMU with a BAA in Public Relations and Marketing. Misty resides in Caseville with her husband and two children.
Jon Volk, Director
Jon Volk is the former owner of Northgate Pharmacy. Jon sold the business in December 2019. Jon is an active Lions Club member and enjoys golfing, biking, kayaking and bow hunting.
Shawn Webber, Director
Shawn Webber is the Chief of Police for the City of Bad Axe.
